Godfrey Gad is the son of Elder Amaji Gad Onwunali of Umualata Amapu Ntigha and Cordelia Nwachukwu of Umuokuza Amapu Ntigha. He was born on February 2, 1966. In 1987, Godfrey migrated to Argentina, where he pursued his studies and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Analysis.

He is married to Edith Gad, a pediatric medical doctor from Argentina, and they are blessed with three children: Joy, Belen, and David Gad. In 2006, the family relocated to the United States following a professional opportunity that led to his employment with IBM. They currently reside in Alpharetta, Georgia.

Godfrey is a major contributor to Rawcaster.com LLC, a social media platform with strong potential for global impact. Alongside his family, he runs a non-profit organization, POWER Outreach Inc., which supports orphans and widows in both the United States and Nigeria. Through this organization, he provides assistance to an orphanage in Nsulu and extends social services to widows and orphans in Umualata, offering educational support, zero-interest microloans, agricultural fertilizers, and monthly medical outreach programs.

A member of NiNA since 2019, Godfrey actively contributes to the welfare of Ndi Ntigha and currently serves as the Director of Socials and Culture.
